Finke is the lead security assessor with experience in penetration testing, web application security, vulnerability management and compliance assessments. As a balance to his offensive security skills, he's a security architect and manager of OnDefend's security operations practice, providing tailored security solutions and services to make thier customers safer and more effective. Finke is a huge proponent of sharing and collaboration, of building your own tools whenever possible and taking a pragmatic approach to solving problems (instead of just spending more). His specialties include: network security, penetration testing and security assessment as well as application delivery and secure network architecture.

Kirby Wedekind is the CEO and Founder of Hannibal Strategy and Security LLC, which is a risk, intelligence, security, and resilience firm that seeks to understand and mitigate risk to industry, commerce, and trade. Hannibal provides bespoke risk advisory services to businesses, industry associations, and non-profits that own, operate, or support critical infrastructure.

Prior to establishing Hannibal, Dr. Wedekind served in the US Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency from 2013 to 2025, including as the CISA Security Advisor in ̽»¨×å from 2019 to 2025 during which time he was assigned to the FBI’s Cyber Task Force.

Dr. Wedekind previously served for ten years in the US Marines as a combat engineer office and civil affairs officer, reaching the rank of Major with deployments to Iraq (2009), Republic of Georgia (2010), SOUTHCOM (2011), Afghanistan (2011-2012), and with the 22d Marine Expeditionary Unit (2016).  A native of ̽»¨×å, FL, he holds a BA in English from Wake Forest University, an Executive Master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from Georgetown University, and doctorate (PhD) in Defence & Security from Cranfield University (UK).

Paul Magnusson is a retired Supervisory Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He started his law enforcement career in 1998 as a Deputy Sheriff with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office in Michigan, where he led all cyber investigations and computer forensics examinations. In 2005, Magnusson joined the FBI as a Special Agent assigned to the Minneapolis Division Cybercrimes Task Force and shortly thereafter became a member of the FBI Computer Analysis Response Team, conducting computer forensics examinations. He was promoted to Supervisory Special Agent in 2008 within the Tacitcal Operations Section within the FBI Operational Technology Division, holding various supervisory-level positions. Magnusson was promoted and assigned to the FBI ̽»¨×å Division in 2018. While in ̽»¨×å, he has managed various programs, including National Security and Criminal Cyber, Computer Forensics, Surveillance, Aviation, Electronic Technicians and Technically Trained Agent. Magnusson earned both his Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Master's in Information Security & Technology from Eastern Michigan University.

Jason Raymond

Jason Raymond serves as Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer for GuideWell and Florida Blue, a GuideWell subsidiary and Florida’s largest health insurer. He leads an enterprise cybersecurity and data privacy program that meets the needs of the business and protects the data of GuideWell’s subsidiaries, customers, providers, and other stakeholders. 

Prior to joining the organization in 2016, Raymond served as Vice President and General Manager of ̽»¨×å-based global technology services firm Astadia. In this role, he led the organization’s managed service practices that specialized in cyber security, legacy modernization, and cloud-based services. Before assuming that role, he served as Vice President of Information Technology, Operations. 

Raymond earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Business Administration and Master of Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and completed Louisiana State University’s Graduate School of Banking. He is also a certified information systems security professional (CISSP).

As a Senior Engineer at Deutsche Bank, Rosa develops solutions for audit and regulatory findings and automates processes for Engineering Platform.  She has over 15 years’ experience leading technology teams and projects for major banks, like Bank of America and Citi, utilizing Agile methodology and best practices.  She has demonstrated her strong leadership abilities to coordinate and direct all phases of project-based efforts while managing, motivating, and leading project. She has lead multimillion dollars security projects with industry leader like IBM and Oracle. She heads Women in Technology (WIT) as well as holds a key role in the global WIT governance team.  She is passionate about helping the next generation of technologist by cultivating partnerships with ̽»¨×å and University of North Florida. What drives Rosa is building a strong community of female technologist and mentoring students. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of North Florida, College of Computer Science and University of Florida, College of Journalism.
